Welcome to my blog and thank you for checking out my little corner on the web! I’m Sanne, a 20-something who is passionate about knitting, crocheting, embroidery, motorcycling, music, PC gaming, and history. I live in a small town on the Dutch countryside and am a PhD candidate at the University of Amsterdam.
I’ve loved creating things ever since I was a little girl. Drawing, sewing, embroidering, knitting, crocheting – I did it all. I got serious about crochet after graduating from High School back in 2014. Back then, I mainly made small items like keychains, amigurumi, and baby clothes because I looked for quick and easy projects and my yarn stash wasn’t as big as it is now. However, I soon started crocheting my own garments, and after that I quickly moved on to knitting garments.
Most of my designs are inspired by the gaps in my own wardrobe. I love designing feminine and slightly romantic knitwear, so if that’s your thing, feel free to follow along!
My favorite thing about knitting and crocheting is that it allows me to fully customize my clothes, and that I’m able to make garments that fit me perfectly in every possible way! You can find my own designs in my webshop, but also on Ravelry.
